Tera Sumner is Senior Manager of UC&C Product Management at Lumen. Her team ensures all products and feature enhancements in the portfolio meet Lumen’s customer experience requirements as well as the needs of our Sales team. Tera has been with Lumen for the past 15 years and has worked in Product Management as well as Product Development. She lives in the greater Denver area with her husband Kelly and 3 children. In her free time, Tera plays the saxophone in the Denver Concert Band.
